piece of advice #1: Don't use frames. if you feel you need to take the frames
quiz here: http://www.MadCoWWWebDesign.com/go/quizz.htm . If you pass with
flying colours, by all means...frame away! If not..run like hell. Frames are
something only advanced developers should ever attempt...and even then most
should run! Your troubles have only just begun.
piece of advice #2: NEVER...and I do mean never...under any circumstances use
Layout View. Go purge yourself of these inclinations...sprinkle yourself with
holy water, beg forgiveness from the Table Gods and head straight back to
Standard View. Then never turn back! You are only seeing the very tip of what
is a very scary, invalid, bloated, ugly, frustrating, head banging iceberg.
Layout Tables will only bring you grief. It is sooooooooo easy to build tables
in standard view. Do yourself a favour and do it the right way. Say yourself
the time and trouble.
piece of advice #3: Tables ought to be either A) 100% or B) nothing at all. The
content with in them should hold them to the right width. Shim your tables and
cells, but never give them a fixed width. Again, you're asking for trouble!
piece of advice #4: Can you show a piece of the code or the URL to the trouble
you're talking about??

This is probably a really sime problem, but when i put 2 layout tables (on
above the other) on two different frames (one above the other) the same size
|
and center them, they don't line up, the bottom one is always further to the
left than the one in the frame above it.

Any help would be much appreciated!
