Help with Help

Hey, when I am in Dreamweaver and I go to Help > Tutorials. A screen pops up
with a menu on the left and a blank screen on the right, although when I first
open it. It opens a screen that says, in bold, Action Canceled, like an I.E.
page when you hit stop. No matter what place for help I hit on the menu the
screen on the right is always blank. Nothing comes up at all. I have made sure
I was connected and stuff but really I do not know what to do. Any help would
be.... helpful. Thanks
