Default HELP with eflyers? - 07-10-2003 , 03:20 AM

I am designing my first eflyers...
I've created these HTML files in DreamWeaver MX--how do I get them into an e-mail?
And how should I link the images? In other words, do I link it to "http://[server path]" or can I use "/[name of file]", in order for them to remain linked?
thanks!

Create in DW as a regular page. Make it as plain as possible: very basic
CSS (included in head- no separate style sheet), etc. When done, save
the file as what you to show in the subject line of the mail, NOT e.g.
"mail.html" but "Free haircuts in August!" without any "html" or "htm"
after....

Then uppload all images to a remote server and change the path in the
file accordingly from previous e.g. "images/image.jpeg" to
"http://www.mysite/images/image.jpeg".

Have a look at the subscription system I wrote for www.nnc.co.uk

Do a subscribe and look at the source of the email you get

I use ASP and CDONTS to generate my emails though I'm pretty sure there's lots of other methods out there!

MX is like a box of chocolates - Someone's usually eaten the good bits already!
