Help! Dreamweaver not functional when Norton Firewall present

I have determined that my Dreamweaver site definitions
become inoperative when Norton Firewall is present. Does
anyone else experience this problem? Know of a fix?

I could've provided more info, I supppose. I use DreamweaverMX
as part of Macromedia StudioMX.

I have Windows 2000 with IIS installed. I see that with Norton Personal
Firewall enabled that the following services from/to my localhost server
fail at boot:

Web publishing
FTP
SMTP

(In other words, I have no local Web server with Norton turned on.)

All this is new. In fact, there were no entries in my Event Log for the
past year. I've had Norton Personal Firewall and Macromedia and IIS
running together smoothly since late last year.

It looks like a Norton issue, but since it impacts Macromedia, I
solicit feedback here from anybody else who has experienced the
same or similar problem and what fix, if any, was employed.
