Help! Anchors and Frames? - 12-01-2003 , 11:53 AM

Hey everyone...I have a question. Is it possible to anchor to part of a specific frame and yet get the entire frameset to show up when a link to the anchor is clicked? If so, how? I'm having issues trying to figure it out. Thanks!
