Help...

I am attempting to use a spry menu bar (horizontal) and have it set up with the
sub menus... But now when I go back to the page, the spry menu bar tab at the
top is not there and I am unable to edit the menu bar or do any linking. The
page has two nested frames... Any help on how to get the tab back would be
appreciated...
