Has anyone had this problem with DW MX?

I'm running on Win2000. Everything was working great but now out of
the blue when I open a page it always opens in code view. I like
working in code and design (split ) view. If I open a page and then
hit the middle view button so that I have the view I want other pages
will open correctly. If I close all pages and then open one it goes
right back to code view. Very frustrating! Does anyone know how to fix
this?
