Greyed out page sizes

I am working in Dreamweaver MX 2004. Each time I open a new page to work on
the size of my webpage defaults to 1378 x 726. When I attempt to change the
size of the page on the bottom status bar all the other sizes are greyed out
and I am unable to click them. Is there a reason for this? I need help to
change the size of the webpage I am going to create.

Disregard my question. I had my page maximized. As soon as I minimized the page I was able to see the different sizes.

Don -- I had the same question and figured it out I thought -- but when I
minimize and make a change, why is it still giving me the same dimensions on
the bottom right? How do you get the title bar inside the document window?
