"go to" my named anchor

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get Dreamweaver to jump to a named
anchor, when working in design view.

For example, I have opened my web page and I see the names of our next three
events in a table of contents. The title of each event is a hyperlink that
leads to a named anchor further down on the page (where one sees the event
details). But when I am in design view and try to use the hyperlinks to
navigate on the page, they will not take me to the anchor further down on the
page. I have to scroll down (painfully slow!).

In Front Page, you use ALT + click on the hyperlink and you are taken to the
correct spot on the page. Is there a keyboard shortcut for getting to the named
anchor? Surely Dreamweaver will do this?
