Gloabl Link and Subglobal Nav

I'm new to the software. I started a site with Halo Left Nav, I increased the
size of the font of the site name which move down the Global link and Subglobal
Nav. I move those around to get them to appear correctly, but when I scroll
across the Globel link the subglobal Nav show up, but when I try ro scroll
across it, it disppears before I can ge there.

Most likely I moved something to far so it not connected.

But what can I expand to allow them to be connected?
