General Question Workarea

I open a new account on laptop and now when I use DreamWeaver MX 2004
everytime I move my mouse it looks like the screen is doing a refresh in the
Design panel. In the Code panel, the text gets squashed, some to a smaller size
and sometimes half the line is missing. Is there some way that I can fix the
problem?
