Default 'on' functions in XHTML Strict - 07-12-2004 , 02:51 AM

Hello,

I'm having a very annoying issue with Dreamweaver 2004 MX that is driving me
insane.

I code to and have specified in my DTD XHTML1.0 Strict for all my documents.
However when I open any document in my site it changes the on functions such as
onmouseover etc to onMouseOver.

This is increasing becoming a pain as some of these attributes are set in the
document template and therefor when they are changed I am 'warned' that I have
updated something that is template code. When I select not to keep it as I
want and need all lowercase attributes.

Done anyone know how to correct this issue. I know DW has some issues with
the XHTML Strict and is even (and still even after the update) is missing some
XHTML Strict conformance syntax...

Any help would be greatly appreiciated!!
Thanks
Steve

When you're creating a new document in DW, are you selecting the tick box to
make it XHTML compatible?
