ftp upload function

I need to add a page to site that will allow people to upload files to my ftp.
I need it to be "dumbed down" so that everyone will be able to use it. In
other words, it takes a lot of text and tech support to walk people thru
downloading ftppro and then upload to my site after inputting all the
appropriate info.

I always use PureAspUpload from http://www.dmxzone.com for such tasks....
