FTP and/or SSH Setup

I recently started working for a company that wants me to support their
website. Although I beleive I can help them with their flash-heavy site I have
been given linited info on access. How can I use the info below to setup
Dreamweaver to access the site via FTP or other means? Thanks

Remote login: ssh -p 100 -l root globaltantrum.com (Password=xxx)

Location of html files: /home/hermann/public_html/

Activate SFTP.
