FTP errors...WHY ?? newbie's quest.

Can someone please tell me why I can upload pages over a number of days, then
suddenly I can't.
ie. Monday - Friday no probs then Saturday I just get the FTP error message
and internal data problem. Today, Sunday, everything is fine again!
This isn't the end of the world but why does this happen on occassions?

If you have exact the same settings all the time, but it's only working
sometimes, you should talk to your ISP or webhost, probably the latter
(if it's not the same as your ISP, of course).

I'm getting the same message yesterday and today (first time trying to upload)
and wondering if it a setting that I have incorrectly chosen. Message is
"cannot put file/htm. dreamweaver encountered an internal data error try agin
later". Haven't had any success in DW as yet. Front Page working OK...

Maybe the server was on vacation? Not everyone likes to work on weekend.

Seriously, if this problem occurs again you should ask your host or try
it with another program. Could be a little server problem, but also
could be anything else.
