FrontPage tags in the code

i made a site in frontpage and then moved to Dreamweaver which i think is the
best.
I imported it with an extension and now there are some tags in the code view
from frontpage.
Anyone who knows what i should do with it please write me on
ArtWise (AT) Hotmail (DOT) com
Should i remove them or leave them alone?

I guess my first suggestion would be to save a backup copy, then take the tags
out and see how it looks. FrontPage is a little strange. Microsoft puts a
whole lot of proprietary tags in their code, so it's not as neat as the stuff
that Dreamweaver generates.

Can you give an example of some of the tags?

I still use Frontpage 98 for some functions, so I know what you mean. FP code
is usually okay to leave, but there are webmasters who shutter when they see
it. I'm not so particular, but I do like code to be a clean as possible. So
save and experiment. It's a good chance to learn HTML.
