Frames, Layout Cells n Tables, Navigation Bars - 08-02-2004 , 02:34 AM

Can i create templetes without using any of these: Frames, Layout Cells/tables
and navigation bars and only using layers?
shld b no problem except untidy right? and how come i couldn't use the "Insert
Flash Text" function? Dreamweaver hangs whenever i click the button. Please
help. Thanks.
