Default frames - 07-10-2003 , 09:38 AM






Hai
Can someone please help me, i am using dreamweaver MX and suddenly my
browser IE 6.0 doesn't show (preview) my local site (when it is made by
frames). Before i dont have any problems with frames but now nothing works
anymore. The inetrnetsites with are made from frames are shown correctly

Hey - don't use frames and the problem goes away.

I guess you are sourcing your frames using root relative links. Rebuild the
frameset using DOCUMENT RELATIVE LINKS and you'll be fine. This'll give you
enough time to read this page -

and decide to permanently abandon frames.
