Forms

To some of you this question might sound stupid, but I have no idea how to
implement a form into my website using dreamweaver mx. I'm good with building
my site I just cant figure out how to add functional forms and databases. Is
there a place on the web that has free flash tutorials. Or, if anyone is good
at explaining the dummies guide to forms that would help me out a lot.
