Forms

Hello:

1. Can anyone tell me how to make a form object obligatorie (radiobutton,
textbox, etc)
2. In my form I'm using radiobuttons but if I select one I can select the
other, so at the end I have every radiobuttons selected, so I want this: If the
users selects one radiobutton he cannot select the others

You have to give the group of radio buttons the same name.
