Form Menu Positioning - 03-31-2009 , 01:14 PM

I have two identical form menu elements but one shows the white pop-up box
dropping down as it should, and the other one has the box pop upward with the
selected item at the bottom of the box. Any idea why this is happening? It
works but looks weird.

I'm using Dreamweaver CS4 with OS 10.5.6
