Default Form Attachments... help! - 11-04-2004 , 05:11 PM

I have created a form http://www.hbi.ucalgary.ca/member_form.htm and have a box
for an attachment... when i test the form, nothing comes as an attachment. Is
there something else i need to do to make this work? Stacy

The script you use (http://www.ucalgary.ca/cgi-bin/formresponse) to process
the form will have the answer.

To upload a file, the server needs to take the info passed to it in the file
field and PULL the image down. The file field does not do that. It only
passes the file's location to the script that is processing the form. Joe's
comment means that it would be the script's responsibility to locate that
file and then download it. If the script does not have that capability then
you would need to supply one that does.
