Forgot Username/Password Script

Hi there,

DW MX2004, ASP VBScript with Access2k DB.

Can someone please point me out to where I can find something like the
above. I do have one at the moment, but I get this error all the time, so
it does not work:

Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed
