forgot password page using asp.net

Does anyone have a tutorial on how to create a 'forgot password' page in asp.net? That is sending a user their login details if they have forgotten them. I am stumped.

Setup a class that interacts with your database, and in there write some
procedures that will read the password from the database (or my prefered,
generate a new on), and a procedure to e-mail it to the requesting user.
