Font Size

I need someone to look at this page and tell me if the font looks to big . I
have done it in #2 size
When i look at it in Explorer and then in Net scape the font looks like a
different size, ALso at the very bottom I have it set for #1 size and on my
screen it has one row and the last one which is site map is in the middle of
the second row ??? In Explorer it does that but in Netscape it is all in one
row.

I swear last time i saw it the whole page looked like netscape BUT now in
Explorer looks different. I am going crazy ???
