font not displayed in my web site by browsers

the fonts used in my web page displayed with my browser in local, are not
displayed with any browser
on the web site.
I have missed something?
ps: in my site i use ccs script+index.htlm+ images folder

if the font you specified is not installed on the site visitors machine
then a default font will be substituted.

I have missed something?

The fonts you have installed on your computer have nothing to do with the
fonts installed on the site user's computer.

The fonts you select are merely suggestions for the browser to use if they
happen to be installed on the particular computer.
