Font Availability

Is there somewhere I could read about what fonts are installed on Mac's, 98, W2k, ME, XP, etc?
Or do you just stick with the most obvious choices?

Basically, its just a case of sticking to the default fonts offered in DMX,
as these are the standard ones.
