Flash Text and Flash objects are not working in DM

OK still can not use Flash Text in DW4

I am still getting the same thing just a place holder for the flash file.


when i go to look for the .swf file on my Harddrive sherlock can not find the file.

so i dont even Know if it is making the .swf file.

I am using Natscape 6 I have updated my MRJ to Ver. 2.2.5 I'm on OS9.2.

I did a new install. and it is not working

Is there a plug-in or something that you have to do after you install.

Or is there any Know confilcts with extensions in the sys folder that i need to be aware of

I am sorry that i don't Know alot about this I am very New am just trying to get through the Tutorial for DW 4

and these as some of the last things I need to do before I finish.

when you insert the Flash Text with the Flash Text dialog box, do you get
any error messages?

try this to make sure it isn't a semi-common mac problem-

Open a new file using File-->New
---->Don't Save this File<----
Insert an image using the Image button on the Insert Bar
{put in any image that is INSIDE of your Local Site Folder}

view the source- what is the img tag?
Should show the full path from hard drive to the Local Site folder---

pls paste that into reply to the forum.
