Flash or Rollerover HTML

I'm wanting to put text in the middle of the page -- and then when someone
rolls over the particular text -- it grows and the whole background color
changes of the whole screen. I can't seem to get my mind around the best way to
approach it. I would like the text to be a specific font, so I will probably
need it to be an image..

I have made a beginning version in flash. The only thing is that I only want
the text to be the hotspot trigger for the rollover, and I want the pink to
cover the whole screen. Is this possible?
