It might be best to attempt this from inside Flash. You "might" be able to
add the behavior to the layer itself, but I doubt you could get it to work
by anyone clicking on the actual movie. You could get it to work by clicking
in the layer just outside the movie by having your layer a tad bit larger
than the movie, but this already seems problematic. I would try using an
invisible or transparent button that covers the entire movie from within
Flash. Assuming there are no other actions in the movie, this may work.
Remember too that Flash movies always take a dominant z-index. You can't
place another layer on top of a layer holding a Flash movie.
