Flash buttons

Ok, Can you change flash buttons colors and sytles or are you stuck with the
ones that come with MX? Is there any good sites to download some more?
Finally, any tips on moving them around once their inserted. I've been trying
to place them over another button that was created in Photoshop, and instead of
going in the place where the set it goes below it. Maybe I can insert another
table over those buttons, can I do that?
