flash button --add goto URL behavior?

DW lets me apply the behavior "goto URL" to a button I created in Flash.
However, I don't actually get to GO to the URL selected. Nothing happens.

I have had the same problem with the prefab Flash buttons that come with DW.

Is it possible to apply the "Goto URL" behavior to a FLash button in DW? If
so, what might be wrong with mine? Thanks. A.W.
