FireFox Question

Hi Folks,

This may not be the right forum to put this question, but if anyone
knows the answer its the people here.

In FireFox and IE you have an option "New Tab" this opens another tab
instead of reloading another existence of the browser.

The question, in HTML how do you instruct the browser to do this instead
of the usual _blank etc ones?
