Find & Replace not working in MX2004 - 07-12-2004 , 09:28 AM

When i try and use the find and replace conmmand the following message appears.

While executing DWMenu_Edit_Find_Replace command in menus.xml, the following
javascript error(s) occured:
exception throw in native function

any ideas?
