find and replace function error

Just "find and replace function" in the Dreamweaver does not work abruptly.
What do I have to do?

There is a thread that discusses F & R problems on a Win box....

But I am having similar issues on an Powerbook G4 1.25Ghz using OS X 10.3.1

90+% of the time I try to use Find, wheter in a doc or from the Site window the whole app crashes.

This is VERY frsutrating... I use Find and Replace heavily in my daily routine.

This is a very basic feature and MM needs to address this.

I do not have this problem in any other app.
