Default filenames capitalised - 07-01-2004 , 05:56 PM

For some reason when I define a new site, or import a file structure to
create a site, dreamweaver MX 2004 is capitalising all the filenames. Unix
doesn't like this so I have to rename each file manually.

a) Can i prevent this from happening, and
b) is there a way to change the case of filenames AND THEIR EXTENSIONS (note
the caps there!!) in a batch?

Many thanks,

Alex

what operating system are you on?

another possible- are you moving these files onto this computer with a CD or
some kind of removable drive? If yes- try making a ZIP archive of all the
files, then put them on the cd or removable drive, then sneaker-net them and
expand the zip on the other computer.
