File Upload error

File Upload error - 12-01-2005 , 05:21 PM

I have a person in my group that just got Dreamweaver 8 he is trying to upload
a word doc and got an error. He can upload html files but not pdf or word docs
he is also having trouble downloading here is his error

File activity incomplete. 1 file(s) or folder(s) were not completed

Ne ideas?
