File Associations and MX 2004

Hi there

I've relatively recently installed DW MX 2004 and also FW MX 2004. (I had
been using MX Studio quite happily before)

I can't seem to figure out why the file associations for images and html
files still reference the plain DW MX exe and FW MX exe rather than the new
MX 2004 versions.

I have tried to reset the file associations for various file types to the MX
2004 DW and FW exe's however this is simply ignored.

I've also uninstalled DW MX Studio and MX 2004 and then only reinstalled MX
2004 to be left with NO DW or FW file opeing options at all!!

Can anyone shed any light?
