Have them, though, and will put them online in due course but I'm swamped right now. Which one did you have in mind? Maybe I can mail it.... |

They were asking how to set the script up but I cant remember if your tutorial covers that or not. |

No, it doesn't. The script comes with samples and instructions so extensive that I haven't seen anything else coming even close. If whoever just spend some time to go through the files (actually, all you need to know is included in the formmail.pl file. All you have to do is to scroll down about 4/5). |

Im not sure they got the "read me" instructions as the script was already installed on the server. Its most probably in their FAQ page though. Thanks. |

ooops didnt read that very carefully. You say its already in the formmail.pl. I dont think it makes it very clear depending on which formmail.pl you got of course. The 'read me' file covers it better from what I remember. I havent used it for some time. |

I assume we're talking about the NMS formmail script: http://nms-cgi.sourceforge.net/scripts.shtml In that, the second half of the actual script doc is a huge instruction. Probably, they did that so that no one can have the excuse of losing the readme files. Frankly, there are so few parameters that it's virtually impossible to miss even if you're a newbie. The thing that *can* screw up, though, is the paths to the servers sendmail function or the perl module. But that's something between the user and his host to fix. No one here can help there. |
