1) How can I make the site always appear in the middle like Macromedia.com?
2) If I want to change something in the for example, navigation bar to the
left I have to change all my sites. That takes much time. How can I do instead?

You can probably just select the main table (or tables if they're stacked)
and align them to CENTER

Check the DW F1 Help and look into Library Items and Templates, they can do
what you need.

I mean when you select the layer you don't have the align option like when you
select a table...So what must I do if I want the layer in the middle all the
