Embedded tables with photoshop?

I am building an interface in photoshop for a website. this website needs to
expand and contract, so I have to create main tables and embed the sub tables.
Is there a way in photoshop to make a slice that will automatically make it a
seperate table from the rest of the layout ...and then obviously the slices
within that slice would be that tables cells.

...if something like this cannot be done then is there just an easier way or
do I have to dismantle this whole site in dreamweaver and recreate the tables
maually!!!???
