Email form

Hi
I work for a small newspaper and I would like to put an email form at the
bottom of the page that says something like this: email this story to a friend.
How do I go about setting this up.
I am using a mac 10.4

What language do you need this type of script in (ie: PHP, ASP, CF, JSP, etc)?

And answer the following question when you reply:

Do you want the article sent to the user (ie: automatically send a PDF file to
the end-users friend)? Or do you want a plain email with a link inside sent?

I would like to use PHP.
I would like to send a plain text email with a link back to the story.
