Easy Question about Opera / Mozilla

Hi

Easy question, I hope: I have two problems when viewing my site in Opera or
Mozilla.

1. The line <% @LANGUAGE="VBSCRIPT" CODEPAGE="1252" %> displays at the top of
the page.

2. Layers display about 20 px above where I want them to be (fine in IE).

Any easy ways of working around these? Only a small site so I don't want to
add lots of contingent code if possible.
