E-Commerce in Dreamweaver

I am able to get a Dreamweaver site up and running and I have a single product
that I want to offer for sale. What I want to do is to add the capability for
an end user to enter basic information to order the product, indicate how many
they want, determine if sales tax is applicable, obtain the shipping address
and request their email information so that I can send a Paypal invoice by
email.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for how to access these
capabilities in Dreamweaver?
