Dynamic List based on form field data

Sorry about the last post with the empty message.

What I am trying to do is filter a dropdown list based on the data entered
into another field which is also a list on the current form. I have created
a 2 recordsets. Record set 1 has no where clause and works fine. When I
add the where clause with the filter criteria to recordset 2 no data appears
in the dropdown. I tried hard coding a filter value using "Entered Data"
and it correctly displayed the items in the dropdown so I think the problem
is that I don't understand how get it to use the data from the form field in
the where clause.
