Dynamic forms

Hi all,

I´m trying to make an order form in dmx that has a repeated fields.
I have 2 databases linked by a same field, one with the header information
and other with the details.
the question is: how can I make a form that has a repeated region that
repeat the fields?

PD. I´m using dmx2004, php and MySQL on a Mac G4 with apache server.
