Dynamic errors

I am using DW8.0.2 with ASP VB and Access. I found out that my permissions
were wrong with the USR user. That is fixed. I can view the page the first
time I hit F12 but when I refresh I get the error:

Unspecified error

What other permissions do I need to make sure I have correct? This type of
error has been driving me batty for a very long time - making me hate
building dynamic sites.
