dwsripts not defined

How do I fix the error "dwsripts not defined". This message occurs when I go to use Dreamweaver.

When you say, "go to use Dreamweaver," do you mean when you launch the
Dreamweaver application, or when you preview an HTML page in a browser (or
possibly something else)?

Thanks for your reply. by "go to Use ..." I meant go to use the tutorials in
Dreamweaver. I also get Javascript errors when I attempt to copy some text.
It's like I don't recognize Javascript functions. Bob
