DWMX and & validation errors

Wow! I was just having the same problem as the other thread on P7 getting
pages to validate
when I have a link pointing to a another web page that has the & in the link
like here:

77500397B73B}&product_id={0F2970E5-52AE-46C7-937D-D1B8D0D3931C}

It was driving me nuts! Then I saw the other thread about the same problem!

So, basically I'm screwed if I make edits to my pages, send up the server
and validate them.
Everythings cool, but if I open the page again for tweaking I have to go
through the whole process
of replacing my & with & AGAIN!!!!

That's not a workable solution for me, so I was thinking about either taking
off the W3C XHTML
validator on those pages, or having a disclaimer in the corner explaining
why the page doesn't "actually validate due to a limitation/flaw in the
software".

Could this be addressed with a future DWMX update by Macromedia?
