DWMX 2004 Update Site

Maybe someone had had this problem and can help me. When I try to edit my site
thru the Manage Site option, I get an error message when I select EDIT. The
message tells me" SERVER BUSY....this action can not be completed because the
other probram is running.. I've been able to get the site folder listing
before with no problem now this has been happening. .

For the life of me, I can't determine what other program is running. I've
disables my firewall and virus scan thinking that the problem was there. I've
been able to contact the server using another FTP program so I don't belive
it's a problem with the host site.

Can anyone help?
